From 8 to 14 September 2025, Munich will host a new edition of IAA Mobility 2025 Munich, one of the global automotive industry’s must-attend events. More than just a traditional trade show, the event aims to showcase the technologies and trends that are already redefining the mobility of tomorrow.
As with the previous edition, the IAA is spread across two separate areas:
A total of 750 exhibitors are participating in this edition, with a particularly strong presence from Chinese players, who account for 68% of the stands.

For manufacturers, the IAA remains a major event: 30 brands are present, from European brands (Renault, Volkswagen, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Opel, etc.) to Chinese challengers (Avatr, BYD, Changan, Jaecoo, Leapmotor, Omoda, Xpeng, etc.).

Present at the event, Lizeo was able to observe the innovations and major announcements of this edition up close. It was a unique opportunity to meet the major players in the automotive ecosystem and discuss the issues that are profoundly transforming the mobility of tomorrow.
With 500,000 visitors expected over the week, IAA Mobility is establishing itself as a hybrid event, a cross between a trade show and a major mobility festival. The spectacular stands of prestigious manufacturers such as Mercedes, BMW and Porsche are sure to attract enthusiasts, while the technological innovation zones will appeal to industry experts.
